سياسة الشحن
* الشحن متاح داخل إسرائيل فقط عبر شركة Shad1.
* مدة التوصيل: من 2 حتى 5 أيام عمل بحسب المنطقة.
* رسوم الشحن تتراوح بين 40–70 ₪ وفقًا لمكان العميل (تُحدد عند إتمام الطلب).
* خدمة تتبع الشحنة غير متوفرة حاليًا.
سياسة الإرجاع (Return Policy)
* يمكن للعميل إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه.
* يُشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مفتوح، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
* يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الدفع مع المنتج المرتجع.
* يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن عند الإرجاع إلا في حال كان الخطأ من المتجر (منتج خاطئ أو تالف).
سياسة الاستبدال (Exchange Policy)
يمكن استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر بنفس القيمة أو أعلى (مع دفع الفارق) خلال فترة الـ 14 يومًا، وبنفس شروط الإرجاع.
استرداد الأموال (Refund Policy)
* يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج المرتجع والتحقق من حالته.
* استرداد الأموال يتم عبر نفس بطاقة Visa التي استُخدمت في الدفع، أو عبر تحويل بنكي عند الحاجة.
* في حال الإرجاع بسبب رغبة العميل (وليس خطأ من المتجر)، يحق للمتجر خصم رسوم إلغاء لا تتجاوز 5% من قيمة الطلب أو 100 ₪ (حسب الأقل).

* Shipping is available within Israel only, via Shad1.
* Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the region.
* Shipping fees range between ₪40–70, depending on the customer’s location (final cost is calculated at checkout).
* Shipment tracking is currently unavailable.
Return Policy
* Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
* Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation) is required for returns.
* Customers bear the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by the store (wrong or defective product).
Exchange Policy
* Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with the difference paid) within 14 days, under the same conditions as returns.
Refund Policy
* Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
* Refunds will be made to the same Visa card used for the purchase, or via bank transfer if required.
* For cancellations initiated by the customer (not due to a store error), the store may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
