الخصوصية والأمان (Privacy & Safety)
* عند قيامك بالشراء، نقوم بجمع البيانات الأساسية (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، عنوان التوصيل) لغرض معالجة الطلب فقط.
* نحن ملتزمون بحماية بياناتك وفقًا لقانون حماية الخصوصية الإسرائيلي، ولا نشارك معلوماتك مع أي طرف ثالث باستثناء شركة الشحن Shad1 عند الحاجة لتوصيل طلبك.
* يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا.
* قد نرسل لك رسائل تسويقية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف، ويتم ذلك فقط بموافقتك الصريحة عند التسجيل. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من خلال رابط الإلغاء أو عبر التواصل معنا.
طلبات الجملة (Wholesale Inquiries)
لا نقبل طلبات بيع بالجملة أو كميات كبيرة. جميع المبيعات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي أو المهني الفردي فقط.
طرق الدفع (Payment Methods)
* الدفع يتم حصرًا بواسطة بطاقة ائتمان عبر الموقع الإلكتروني.
* في حالات استرداد الأموال، يتم التحويل إلى نفس البطاقة أو عبر تحويل بنكي عند الحاجة.
* جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (מע”מ) ورسوم إلزامية أخرى (إن وجدت).
الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات (النصوص، الصور، التصاميم، الشعارات) مملوكة لـ ALSISTERS ACADEMY ومحميّة بموجب قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية. يُمنع استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.
حدود المسؤولية
* العميل مسؤول عن الاستخدام الصحيح والآمن للمنتجات.
* العميل مسؤول عن اتباع التعليميات والعلومات الموجودة على المنتج.
* في حال حصول خلل تقني أو خطأ واضح في الأسعار، يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب بعد إشعار العميل، ويتم رد المبلغ خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام عمل.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه السياسات وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين دولة إسرائيل. أي نزاع ينشأ يتم حله عبر المحاكم المختصة داخل إسرائيل.

* We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and do not share your personal details with third parties, except with the shipping company Shad1 for delivery purposes.
* You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
* We may send you marketing messages by email or phone only with your explicit consent when registering. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the opt-out link or contacting us directly.
Wholesale Inquiries
We do not accept wholesale orders or very large quantities. All sales are intended for personal or individual professional use only.
Payment Methods
* Payments can only be made via credit card through our website.
* Refunds will be processed back to the same credit card used for payment, or via bank transfer if necessary.
* All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT and any mandatory fees.
Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, designs, logos) on this website are the property of ALSISTERS ACADEMY and are protected under intellectual property laws. They may not be used or copied without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
* Customers are responsible for the correct and safe use of the products.
* In the event of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake, the store reserves the right to cancel the order after notifying the customer. The full amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Israel.
